Was given a health risk warning, and had symptoms of fever/sore throat/blocked nose. Wanted to see the doctor to do a PCR test, cause my concern is due to me having a 3 week old son at home. Waited 1hr plus for the doctor to say "To do an ART test, and if to monitor the next few days if my ART is negative today cause it might be positive tomorrow". Then, I waited for my ART results, which took another hour? And I had to ask them myself if it was negative or positive. There was also another 2 patients in front of me who was still waiting for their ART results after I left. Hmm, I could've done it myself with the results in 15mins. You guys should have a protocol and SOP on how to manage the flow of registration + discharge and payment! Nurses were nice, doctor was nice but please, please, please do something about the workflow.

Staff at this clinic has been nothing short of amazing. From customer service, to going the extra mile for the patients. They are human too and may have bad days yet they still function well under pressure. I hope that they are receiving enough rest and incentives for their hard work.

This clinic is so dysfunctional. Staff told me to come back after an hour due to the long wait, so I came back in 45 mins only for my queue number to be skipped. FYI, originally there was 12 people ahead of me. I was covid positive and made it known. When I came back, they swabbed me for an ART, and told me to wait outside. Shouldn’t an ART only take 15 mins? I had to wait 30 mins before going into the clinic just to ask about my results and why my queue number wasn’t called. Staff was chatting among themselves like they didn’t care. Is this how frontline workers should behave? If I didn’t remind the staff about my queue number and my test, I guarantee i would’ve waited longer. During the consultation with the doctor, it was quite unpleasant as well. He was an old Chinese man, and didn’t respond well to my inquiries. I stated I needed something stronger other than paracetamol and ibuprofen now that I’m covid positive and he told me I could just stick to that. I also needed a stronger drowsy cough syrup compared to the non drowsy one that was prescribed 2 days back. He only changed the prescription after I pressured saying that I’m in extreme discomfort and made the comment that the non drowsy medicine was more expensive so it was a good thing* I didn’t care about the cost, I only wanted to feel better. The doctor then asked, is there anything else? Which I responded : β€œ uhm ac- β€œ β€œ okay thats it ah? I will issue u a 5 day MC , goodbye β€œ This place lacks management/professionalism and the staff needs to be more disciplined. They’re not only talking amongst themselves, but some lady came in and stood at the counter and all 3 staff was just talking to her for 10mins+. * under government subsidy my first trip was $10, second trip( when covid+) was $19 Come at your own risk. I had a 38.8 fever, and asked to sit inside for the air conditioning but they made me wait outside when I was about to pass out. (First visit was around 6pm ) Second visit: Came at 1.15pm, left to go back home at 1.30 and came back at 2.10pm. I stay nearby, so it wasn’t a hassle. Would rather rest in the comfort of my home while waiting since covid + Took swab at 2.15pm, didn’t get called for results or anything till I went in to pester at 2.45pm. 15 mins after an ART test result should have came out. Collected prescription and went home at 2.55pm. You’re better off going to a polyclinic compared to this place.

the exciting part of visiting this clinic is... u dont know what you will get on each visit. process is not consistent, payment can also cork up. staff also give me a 'forced to work' kinda face, not willing to listen. the only reason i'm going there is because it is very near my place. Guess I will opt to join many others to travel further. Visited a few times and not once failed to spark that fire in me. Good job!

Poor customer service. I tested ART positive at home 2x and went to the clinic for test and medication. I informed them that I'm C+ and also showed Dr john Borrison the photo of my test result. The clinic did their swab on me in which was not done properly. I doubt they did manage to get specimen from my nose. Their ART test is negative and I was not reported as C+ patient. I wonder if I take their test accordingly and just go out spreading the virus unknowingly coz their test says negative? There wasn't even a re-swab to double confirm. I went home after visiting this clinic and did another test again using different test kit brand and shows C+. Unprofessional doctor and staff. Won't be coming back to this clinic again.

Visited Yishun 431 clinic early morning of 12 Jul 2024. Queue was rapidly long. I had self ART tested and found positive. Did not want to impose the public queue with my flu condition especially there were several babies, i chose to visit later in the afternoon. Clinic supposed to close for break at 3.30pm. I arrived at 1.10pm and there were less then 10 seen waiting, but I was turned down by counter staff. She said they already have many awaiting . I informed I am Covid positive but she insisted a NO for me to consult the doctor. All i need is medication for my bad flu and coughing condition. Otherwise i am aware of the social responsibility and self quarantine that we Singaporean have all been exucated with. The push away attitude is uncalled for and inconsiderate.

Saw Dr John Borrison at OneCare Clinic Fernvale about an irritating cold sore and basically got laughed at the entire consult about me asking if oral medication could help with the oft-recurring issue. Extremely unpleasant experience with a doctor with what I can only describe as very low empathy for something that was genuinely bothering me.

After I saw the amount of bad reviews this clinic had. I decided to give it a go and try their services and to my dismay. The previous bad reviews were mostly true. Namely… -Rude Receptionist -Nurses not knowing what to do -Waiting time way too long I came here only for a vaccination that was booked for 11:30AM but I am here right now at 12:10PM with no service rendered. Makes me wonder how does this clinic stay open? Is it because this is the only clinic in the nearby vicinity? Look at the amount of people waiting without social distancing in a close to filthy clinic with people sneezing and what not.
