I have always been a loyal supporter of Nekojam due to their reliable delivery and prompt replies. However, my recent experience with them is truly disappointing. Please see attached photos to understand why I will not be going back to Nekojam anymore. To summarise, having a supposed minimum quantity for a product but not listing the product price nor the product name/description to reflect the actual total price is misleading. To go a step further, one can even say that they are intentionally trying to deceive customers. FYI, I’ve checked the same product on other competitors’ pages and there is no minimum quantity. They sell it by per piece, like what any normal shop would do. My intention for sending them such a long reply is simply to provide feedback. I do not expect a refund, since I have already acknowledged that I did not check the order details carefully. All I wanted for them is to acknowledge my feedback - again, like what any normal shop with decent customer service would do. Till date, they have not replied. I have seen some of their replies to other negative feedback here that they are facing a shortage of manpower during this difficult time. I understand and respect that, but I believe that I have waited sufficiently long enough for them to reply. Yet, they have not. Not to mention that I even had to follow up with them on my first message before I received a hastily crafted reply that did not answer my question. Whether this is their intention or not, not hearing back from a company after feedback has been given just shows that: 1. They do not value my feedback. 2. They do not care enough. 3. Their operations is sloppy. Would you really want to continue supporting a company like this? Thanks, but I’m out.

My first order with Nekojam recently. Unfortunately item was out of stock but they emailed & suggest alternative item or refund. Opted for refund but was given Paw Perks points instead (equivalent the price). Hope u can give us real time stock availability when we place order online. But overall a good supplier.

I just made my first order with Nekojam recently. Unfortunately one item was actually out of stock but they have emailed me to inform me and gave me options to choose from (alternative item or refund). I opted For refund and they even refunded me my Paw Perks points too. They delivered the pee pads by itself but even bothered to wrap that up to protect it during delivery. Thumbs up. Very professional and trustworthy and will purchase from them again.

My baby (my cat hahaha) is super thankful that I started ordering from Nekojam. Their staff is very accommodating, and they respond promptly via email. They’re also extremely helpful when it comes to online chatting, and very honest as well. They’re not vets, but they sure do know their stuff when it comes to pet care! The only slight problem I had was that the delivery uncle couldn’t spare just a few minutes for me to check if my order’s complete. I totally understand that he’s got other places to deliver to, but it’s important that he allows the customer to check all the items first before signing the DO. In the end, I didn’t return his pen until I’ve checked everything (despite constantly telling me to just call the office if something’s missing and that he really needs to rush off). Uncle was really nice enough to help me bring everything inside my house (total of 15 bags of cat litter and tons of canned food) so I was patient with him. My Chinese is limited to basic, so although I understood him, I couldn’t express myself which frustrated him further... but that’s okay too. It was 9:30pm after all and he was probably super tired from driving around and carrying tons of stuff. All in all, it was generally a very pleasant experience purchasing from Nekojam. I’m definitely going to be their loyal customer and I’d recommend them to anyone who has long working hours. =D

Thanks to Nekojam’s prompt customer service with the online chat function which clarified and answer customer on product queries. Ordering process was smooth and delivery was punctual. My baby Kenobi loves the new Peewee litter box ? and natural wood litter.

This is my first purchase from nekojam and i am very disappointed. The cardboard box was designed as a cat house but it was so badly damaged. I previously purchased this XL unicharm litterbox from another catstore online and it came well-wrapped.
