Extremely happy with Nekoya’s level of care and attention to our cat, Kira. We received daily updates on Kira and it was obvious how much she loved staying there that I was afraid she didn’t want to go home when the times comes! ? The Jalan Kayu outlet was also very spacious which Kira loves. Special thanks to Andrea and Dionna for taking such good care of our girl!

ABSOLUTELY delighted with the service at all levels. Highly recommended! We could see our kitties every day, they were pampered, brushed and fed with a lot of care. Their belongings were kept well in order. We witnessed how they got acquainted with the staff and had the chance to play out of their cabin every so often. When we returned, the two kitties were very vocal and visibly happy, like telling us their adventures at kittygarten. ?? Thank you all at Nekoya Jalan Kayu! We’ll be back for some kitty salon ?‍♀️ ?

Our fluffy boy (actual name Hercules) got the 5-star hotel treatment here for 8D/7N. We chose Nekoya Jalan Kayu because it was immaculately clean, the cat cabins were spacious, and it was obvious to us that the staff were responsible cat lovers who knew exactly how to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for their feline guests. They also require that guests are Revolutioned, vaccinated and FIV\FeLV negative, which gave us confidence that Mr Fluffy McFluffersons wasn’t going to catch anything bad during his stay. HercuMondo got all the meals per our requirements and was pooping and peeing normally again before the end of his stay. (Cats toilet habits can change under stress, so we were pleased that the hotel staff were monitoring this closely and keeping us updated.) We also received daily media updates from the hotel which helped greatly while we were missing The Floofmeister. Highly recommended for all loving feline pawrents who need an overseas break but can’t take their furkids with them!

The daily updates by the caretakes at Nekoya makes me feel secure that my cat Ash was in good hands while I was enjoying a holiday. They even observe Ash's behaviors that were not apparent to us. Thank you for the wonderful time Ash had when boarding with Nekoya Jln Kayu.

Nekoya Jalan Kayu staff has been very passionate and kind. They really did a good job in taking care of my cat and they were updating daily about how my cat is doing. Great experience ! Will definitely come back here !

Boarded my 2 cats together in a deluxe cabin overnight. Andrea and Dionna were friendly and patient during check-in and check-out, and provided updates on my cats. The facility itself was very clean. Overall a good first-time experience :)
