β β β β β 1. Ginger sesame chicken - 3/5 .. a bit too sweet can't really taste the sesame... the portion is okay...
2. Kai Lan - 2/5 ... not enough fragrance.. normal..
3. Bak kut teh- 5/5... I think it's the most authentic.bakkuteh so far I ever taste in singapore... not the pepper soup... I like it very much... free refill soup.. very similar to my hometown bak kut teh (sarawak)... but probably the best bak kut teh at NorthEast..
4. Dry bak kut teh - 4/5... can taste the salted fish..its not my best dry bak kut teh in Singapore.. portion good.. meat soft and tender.. easy to chew swallow
Will come to try the pork knuckles next time.. fast serving...

β β β β β Reminds me of the herbal soup taste of Malaysia's Bak Kut Teh. Meat was tender, soup was tasty, liver was soft and moist. I like the motto of the owner, to provide a 2nd chance for ex-offenders. Staff was attentive and top up our soup 3 time without us having to ask for it. Price is a little steep though with 10% service charge. Almost $30 for 2 pax, will still revisit to support them.

β β β β β all their ε€ε³has the right flavors - the intestine and dry θιͺ¨θΆis my favorite. You can ask for soup (with free refills) even if you ordered the dry version. Service is great and staff keeps filling the soup for you - till you cannot tahan anymore...lol.
