★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a physician, we are always skeptical about getting mental health. But my time spent with Dr. Neo made me change my skepticism. I appreciate the way Dr. Neo approaches the issue. It's so helpful to have someone trained in neuroscience, CBT and psychotherapy. She was always so patient with me. She asked questions in a way that helps me understand my thought process , and not just by telling me what she thinks it is like many people do. I appreciate her also giving me little task to do after each talk. This help me function into the real world on my own. If you want someone who is intelligent, up to date, gentle, and one ho takes her time, definitely go see her and give it a couple of sessions. She truly cares so much about her patients like her own family/friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felicia is unwilling to help and uses her personal biases to judge clients harshly. She is unprofessional in her conduct. She is hostile when I pointed out that I am not progressing due to unclear communication during our counselling sessions. I also felt judged when I discuss very personal issues with her which she disagrees with. She becomes angry which makes patients emotionally vulnerable and on edge. This elicits defensive responses in the patient that results in a downward spiral of hopelessness which is the very thing that makes me seek a psychologist in the first place. When I told her I decided to discontinue with her services, she failed to recommend me to another psychologist, and was reluctant to share details of our sessions with another psychologist. I felt that she was biased, rude, and thoroughly UNPROFESSIONAL in her conduct. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HER and look for someone else. Do not waste your money on her. Take my advice and you will be happier with another psychologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't write reviews for many things, but making the decision to go to a psychologist was hard enough, trying to find a good one who was right for me was even harder. So I thought this was important to help others in the same situatuon.
Dr Felicia has been wonderful for me through some difficult times. It wasn't always an easy process, but I am definitely in a better place with than I have been for a long while. I can't recommend her highly enough

She is professional, thoughtful, and able to propose useful and sometimes, life-changing recommendations. importantly, her high level of intuition and empathy allows her to understand when to take a step forward, and when to step back. 10/5 stars.

Through her practice, she has provided me a safe space to comfortably share my thoughts and emotions in. There was never a moment whereby I would feel judged, and I believe that is what distinguishes her from other psychologists and practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Dr Felicia for help with managing depression. She is incredibly attentive and accommodating, working late to squeeze a consult in for me when I need help.
It goes without saying that she really knows what she’s doing. I feel at ease during our appointments and her management plan has changed the way I view my illness; I am better thanks to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A year on, I no longer feel beholden to the same emotional fragility, critically low self-esteem and anxieties I did for years before meeting Felicia.
A great deal of work was needed to get to where I am now, but the kindness, compassion and understanding Felicia leads every session with is everything I could hope for in a great psychologist.
What a wonderful - yet strange - feeling to finally be able to get up each day now and genuinely feel at peace with myself.
Can't recommend her enough!
