★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who answered the call was very impatient, trying to understand what services they have, she kept asking me why don’t u tell me what u want to book?
I can’t book anything if I don’t understand what you offer.
I think the tone and attitude of this kind of center should be more welcoming. What if the patient has anxiety issue ? Just one phone call will make this person more stressed ! I certainly feel being pushed around on the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really disappointed with MMPP. We took our daughter to see Siew-Win, as we wanted to evaluate her academic abilities as well as get an overview of her behaviours. The report we were given was exceptionally generic including recommendations to her school. When we questioned the validity of these recommendations or the basis on which they were formed, the recommendations were simply deleted from the report. We send feedback following the final report being received, expressing our disappointment but had no response. This is the second time we have used MMPP for this service and would not recommend to others. For us, the report and testing were a complete waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service of Siew Win. When we met her, she asked for the form which we were supposed to have filled out before seeing her. She was surprised that her staff did not send that to us. So I had to scramble to fill out the form of my child's milestones and some details you just can't rush the brain to remember so I did not manage to fill all out in detail.
She also said my child has problems with reading and suggested my child take English lessons with a teacher she recommended. The teacher was surprised as she was told my child could not read, but after a trial lesson, she said it is the opposite as my child reads well.
The report also incorrectly diagnose my child's ability - and I wonder if my child just froze because of lack of chemistry with her!
