★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place defines its mission as "facilitate fulfilment, well being and happiness in our clients". However, a friend had to cancel his appointment due to an emergency and the only concern they had was to charge for the cancelled appointment without any concern for the client's wellbeing. The therapist also sounded pretty non committal in the previous session saying that it is wrong to think about therapy as a mean to provide any insights or solutions.
