The salespersons are friendly and approachable. I was exploring for long term corporate leasing and they were professional in advising me. Renting was convenient and swift. The company is also reasonable and prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended. Tried a particular model because I've the intention of buying it.

Not worth your money and time. Condition of car is terrible for both times that I have rented. Next, fuel consumption of the cars are so high, you will start wondering whether the car is high on sugar rush. Attitude wise, staff are rude. nuff said, please read on all their reviews online before booking with them.

First time renting and chose Neo R&R because of it’s high satisfaction reviews and well... here’s another one from me! Neo R&R responded fast with my queries for renting a vehicle from them. Made it clear to them that I am a P-Plate driver and driving the vehicle to Malaysia for a few days and got a quote fast. I was given time to read the contract properly and the staff explained the more important ones verbally before signing. Upon collection of vehicle, the staff accompanied me to inspect and record existing damages. She also guided me through some of the features in the vehicle. Vehicle was clean and it was definitely well maintained. All in all, I highly recommend Neo R&R as it is P-plate friendly and customer service is definitely ?. Thank you Neo R&R, I will definitely rent from you again!

Excellence service provided by the team member and management over there! Booked Toyota vios from them and they got back to me very prompt and booked the car for me, it was a great ride and great experience with them. Another great things is they rent to P-plate! Which i am one! :D Sure will be back to have their great service again!

Nightmare driving Neo's Rental car. Transferred $70 to book for Honda fit one month before date of rental. Unfortunately, was informed that the car I booked was out of service (due to damage cause by previous driver). Neo's rental offered me Suzuki Swift, I accepted it as I was left with no other option even thought I was willing to upgrade to cat B car. On first day of rental, my nightmare began. 1.The red Suzuki swift was the worse car I eve rented. Breaking system was totally out of control; a slight tap on the break pedal would cause the car to react like wheel-locked. And the hard suspension added on to the aggravation. Last but not least, driving the Suzuki swift felt like driving a lorry, with very loud exhaust noise. 2. Front counter service. The girl serving at front desk was totally blur, with very poor interpersonal skill. 3. Value for money. Absolutely not. Although the daily rate is $70, after the driving experience in that ''extraordinary'' Suzuki swift, I would rather pay $80 or $90 per day for a better car to give me comfort and less risk to handle the car. 4. Overall rate: In terms of car condition and the availability to get alternate cars, Neo's Car Rental is graded 1/10 - Very Poor.

Terrible experience. Rented a chev car ($70/day) with 250k mileage, there was alot of scratches (worrying). When returning the car with the boot full, the engine went flat to 0 RPM on the PIE, luckily I could swerve to road shoulder before it came to complete stop. Tow truck was called. The issue was not the breakdown, it was the way they dealt with the customers. I had to Grab back from the towing place ($15), incurring additional charges, which they refused to reimburse and was what ruined the entire service. Short rentals should look out for cheaper options..
