Went during a holiday at 10.30am to avoid the crowd. The place was quite vacant at that hour. Turns out too empty can be boring too. The Complete was fun, but only limited to 2 plays. Conquer was fun too, but the height might scare off some kids. The Challege only allow 1 player at a time and limited to 1min and 6 bullets. Would be better if we can play in team and longer time. Complete was fun with more kids together. The nerf guns at Complete and Challenge kept jamming which wasted precious time.

Came on 13 Jun 2022 from 11.30am to 3pm. With another mummy and our two 6 years old boys. You will need to purchase tickets online and make declarations of the ages of people going in. You will also need studded socks else purchase from registration counter at $3.50 each (adult and kids same price). Bags not allowed so had to place inside locker. We got a large size (small and medium different price) locker to share at $7. Good thing we bring our own water bottle, all those games made us very thirsty. I didn't see any F&B stall inside. Some kids hold their water bottle while moving from station to station. We could reopen locker any time we want so we left water bottles in locker. Our boys could not handle nerf gun well, especially the reloading part. The Zombie city and Dune city has a limit of 2 booking to play, we managed only to do 1 round as it got crowded in the afternoon. Overall my boy enjoy it very much even though he could not hit any target. I had a sore throat when I reached home.

Web booking system is confusing & terrible. Different tickets include different zones (Compete, Challenge, Conquer, Create). You need to buy tickets, THEN choose time-slots after paying & receiving another email. Then you have to show tickets to get your wristband upon arrival. Compete zone have only 2 activities - and you need to book time-slots again after going inside!! Challenge, Conquer zones have 4-5 good & fun activities, but sometimes a few are on maintenance. Create zone simply allows you to paint your T-shirt (we skipped). Walk-in experience is better (if you’re lucky) since staffs are quite nice.

Sadly some stations are closed or undergoing maintenance. Some games need to improve, not worth wasting too much time to queue. We love the conquer part where we climbed and overcame those obstacles, staff at the conquer station were friendly, professional and encouraging. Compete section was supposed to be exciting and fun but it was really boring.. some PK fight between teams, another part — the Zombie hunt was quite fun but we were unable to locate 5 “bombs” to win some gifts, guess the particular staff didn’t prepare them and told us to find NOTHING. Create is some Art & Crafts, souvenir if you may like. Conquer was the best for us truthfully, nerf experience was sort of less fun.

Really very very disorganised company. Makes people wait and sulky attitude of the staff. Had to explain to my younger ones that they just open and needed time to adjust. What was meant to be a new experience for my children turned out otherwise. Lucky not to have booked for their birthday. Would really be disastrous. Not recommended till the management comes down to review the quality of Staffs.

Just remember to book tickets online and to reserve your space using the ticket code beforehand. You can do your disclosure waiver online beforehand, that saves you the time of doing the disclosure at the venue. Remember to wear your indoor activity sock as some areas require shoes off. I would recommend going on a weekday as it would be too crowded on a weekend. We had fun and look forward to coming here again

Registration process was rather straight forward. One need to book early for the Camp Dune and Zombie City. One was limited to two entries. Next the Conquer area with height obstacle course was fun. Wait wasn’t long but one still have to queue for it. Create was about shooting the dye guns onto a piece of t shirt or canvas bag. Pretty fun, for one to use their creativity decorate the items and take them home. Challenge area was pretty fun but within the substation (accuracy), their guns were super lousy. Not sure if it was a lousy product or lack of maintenance. I think the wait for the entries to various stations could be much longer when the venue opens up to more patrons as restrictions are eased.

Nerf Action is a great place for the family to bond. The minimum age is 7 years old for admission and we took several quests. There are create, conquer and complete quest. Absolute fun awaiting and experienced. The place is spacious and huge. There are also latest range of merchandise to purchase. Do come here to experience fun!
