β β β β β Bad... i liked a flower dress but the lady in glasses told me i dont look good in the dress cause im "dark" and recommend me a dark blue dress. Also her attitude change after i said i don't wanna get 2 pcs of dress. Lousy staff

β β β β β THE WORSTTTTT SERVICE BY THIS STAFF WITH SPECS. On 18 October , this lady with white rubberband, wears a blazer and a glasses Glared and show me attitude because i rejected her recommendation of clothes as my mom looks "unpleasant" in the dress. She rolled her eyes SO Bad and she snatched the dress away from me.
I will want a reply or i will complain even further. I have her face too. From city link outlet

β β β β β Wasn't expecting to buy anything as I was just browsing, but the sales staff was friendly and helpful. She was very patient and gave good suggestions. She earnestly tried to find out what sort of outfit I was looking for, yet she was not pushy at all. Ended up buying a couple of pieces that matched well, thanks to her (slim young Chinese lady with long hair, no glasses. sorry couldn't catch her name).

β β β β β The short hair salesperson attitude is extremely bad. If u are not buying she will show u a black face. If you bought and exchange she will treat u even worse, bad and rude attitude, even thought the receipt is indicated clearly exchangeable within 7days with original receipt. We as a customer do not deserve to be treated this way. I WILL NEVER VISIT THE O.K.Z raffles place again.
