Make sure compare their quote price with other company's, Make sure put time line on the agreement, Make sure all the project modular are stated on agreement, Must put your requirement in detail inside agreement and make sure they deliver working project. Be logical by trusting the action more than word because your time and company is at stake. if anything goes wrong, you are in misery and must start it over again. Keep paying 50% of payment after going live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't choose the fast track implementation approach. If given a choice to start again will choose a detailed implementation where we can fully utilise the software features. The project completed successfully and currently working on to roll out to Malaysia and the Philippines. Their field service management software and CRM is really good and other modules like finance and distribution are like SAP not much difference but it is web-based. The system is a bit pricy but comes with an unlimited user license which works for us as we have many users. Sometimes need to push them hard to get some customisations done without cost. Overall happy and happy to help!!
