★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING experience with Bobochacha Balloon. Kudos to the team and especially Jolis for helping with a last minute order. Contacted Bobochacha around 4pm with an urgent order, asking for same day delivery. Unfortunately their delivery slots were full, but Jolis was proactive in providing alternative options (3rd party delivery) for the same cost. Balloons were delivered to the event venue by 6pm. Need I say more?? Excellent service and fantastic initiative by the team. I doubt many places can respond and fulfil as quickly as the team here did.

Requested for them to be delivered to the hotel we were staycay-ing in and everything, from the ordering to delivery, was smooth. Balloons' quality were very good and the 36' balloon surprised both my fiancé and I as it was huge. We had a small photoshoot with them and they looked so good in the photos. Will definitely purchase the balloons here again for special occasions!

I understand that latex balloons only last for hours, therefore I text them to recommend the balloons that last for 24hours, and they suggest this foil balloon, the balloons surprisingly lasted few weeks. SUPERRR HAPPY with their balloons and service, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering for my sis's ROM. Delivery time slot selected was 9:30am - 10:30am, told them to try their best to reach at 9:30 and they really did. Delivery guy even called prior to reaching notifying me that he's reaching in 6mins. ? Friendly customer service on WhatsApp. Balloons were in good condition and rly pretty. Feather color chosen was peach and actual color was up to expectation. Happy that everyone loves and enjoyed having the balloons around! Thank you! ?

Came across Bobochacha balloons and decided to try my luck on a same day delivery request for my proposal night. My request was easily accepted and met by Jolis. The balloons arrived exactly at my requested timing too!
