Visited and bought many various items in Nov/Dec 2019. The staff member was superb (possibly shop manager - Filipina). Very attentive, came up with recommendations that matched my requirements and expectations. Very helpful on items which I wasn't sure about.

After 10min or so there was no service rendered. When asked if can try open an umbrella to see it’s size and functions, the lady who was sitting quietly all this time at the country just stared at me and replied β€˜No’ rudely. After reading these comments I am not surprised she acted that way.

Drawn in by a video on inflatable SUPs. The store personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable on SUPs, and I must say it was a most pleasant interaction. Went back two days later and was greeted by a different store personnel and the service was just as excellent. The store itself carries lots of great products that are well-curated for the sport it represents. You can’t find many of these sort of stores anywhere in Singapore. This is truly a gem of a store.

Fell foul of their no drinks policy. They really take this to the extreme. We saw something on the window display from outside the store that we wanted to buy. Ready to walk in to just pay for it and go. But because my son was holding a drink, they instead flatly refused us hanging around the store. This would have been an easy sale, but instead staff just focused on us having a drink in our hand. How about offering a solution instead of just refusing entry? How about just leaving the drink at the counter while we are looking around? How about watching my son for about 2 minutes while I go get the item and pay? Looking at other reviews, looks like we weren't the only ones. Obviously they don't need our business! Just rocked up the next store and got it instead! Definitely won't consider coming back here.

Visited the store to check out hiking boots & shoes. Service is succinct and straightforward; don’t expect to be fawned over. However, the advice given was professional and accurate. This helped me make the best choice that we could. Have taken the mid-cut boots out on a couple of hikes and they’re superb. Thank you for the recommendation! Also appreciate that the team quickly sorted out a billing issue with no fuss.

Had a drink thats not even open, and firmly grabbed it so it wouldnt drop. Lady was rude and told us to leave as we had a drink. β€œIt happens, customers spilled drinks before”. So are all customers the same? Such a shame. Bought some cycling equipment before and was planning to buy some during the visit as well. Guess my friends and i wont be buying from this stall anytime soon. Oh and if the owner is reading this, please note that writing back bad remarks to any bad reviews is just not professional and it will just put your store down even more.

Worst shopping experience ever. I went in to enquire about a simple waterproof jacket while the shop attendents were watching videos. After I asked my question, one of them spoke to me in a condescending tone using jargons. I think they were very concerned that I used the word "simple" and possibly unwillingly to spend more. As I am not familiar with the range of products, I simply wanted whatever product that addresses my issue. I proceeded to request they show me the direction around the shop, one of them simply shouted the direction at me and refused to lead the way. More shouting ensued until I reach the shelf. The other salesperson wasnt rude and had a nicer tone; however she only said "whatever we have are in display". In the end, I was being led to nothing and a kind gentleman outside the shop suggested I will have better chances at Campers' Corner. **Update: when u go through all the responses from the owner, they will always have a reason/excuse for everything. It is always customers' fault but never their fault. Don't believe me, go through the responses and decide for yourself.

Was looking for hiking stuff in the shop at around 750pm but the lights for a section of the store was off already. Then, a female staff came over to us while we were browsing halfway to inform us that they are closed now, and proceeded to have us leave the store. While we are walking over to the exit, a few customers are still looking around and they weren’t chased away. Guess this store choose their customers and sales isn’t the top priority. update: no, we weren't asked if we needed help, we were just told they are closing by a female staff. closing in stages yet customers still can stroll in through the main door. seems like this business is a joke. pure dishonesty and rude, 0 service etiquette. if you can't have basic customer service then don't bother having a shop at all, just look at your reviews
