★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with the good and attentive service of Zaeson who answered all our Q. regarding the lighting product that we were interested in.
Despite our effort to be skeptical as we had been to many lighting shops, he managed to win us over with his patience and knowledge.
Prices are also reasonable with the quality lighting that we had selected.
This shop may not have fanciful products but they are sufficiently modern.
Good job Zaeson and continue to serve your customers well and positively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent after sales service. We purchased our fan from him 3 years ago when we did our reno. One of the fans recently broke down and when we contacted agent for the repair, was given the answer typical of somehow not interested for after sales repair. Long story short, went back to New Balestier Lighting to look for a replacement and told Mr Teo about the broken fan. He immediately helped us contact the agent to enquire and expedited the repair. In the end, my fan got repaired in a week and at much less the cost quoted after they trouble shoot the problem as motor issue which was covered under lifetime warranty for that model. Such customer service is sadly missing in many local retails and Mr Teo is an exception.
