During the initial selection stage, Tong Le was patient and listened to our requests, and had good recommendations for us. After the reno, we had some problems with our plumbing and installation of bathroom fixtures, and he helped us get in touch with the distributors, which led to our problems being solved. Highly recommended!

Having a portfolio of brands under their umbrella makes the choice rather confusing however Tong Le did a fine job selecting the right fittings to match our flooring. Just look at the photos. To judge a service simply by buying first doesn't justify the level of commitment , as I had 2 issues from different brands. Tong Le resolved the issues without causing any anxiety and stress as the items are brand new In fact, I dare say their turnover service is better than the brands they're representing. That's what I called Excellent Service! Definitely would deal with them again.
