Went for a first time trial laser. They are well-staffed and the team is generally friendly and nice, however definitely not going back again. The staff wanted to do a skin analysis using a machine before starting treatment but the mouse was out of battery and they told me to proceed with treatment without checking the condition of my skin. I waited around 1 hour+ before the actual treatment, which took less than 10 seconds (lol). Lots of waiting time and being transferred from room to room without knowing what to expect or what I was waiting for. After the treatment, they then kept me another waiting room for 15 minutes before I insisted to leave as none of the staff knew what I was waiting for. Basically spent 1.5 hours waiting for a treatment that took less than 10 seconds. This was also my second visit, as even though I made an appointment for the first visit they told me the doctor needs to leave at 6pm and will have to reschedule my appointment. Also not the only customer there that was upset as another customer was scolding the staff for keeping him at the waiting area for 1.5 hours and wasting his weekend away. Please review your operations

The best part of the venue was the atmosphere. It was a peaceful but enjoyable experience. A girlfriend and I went out for a treat, and it was nice to sit together. The products used were of high quality, and the services provided lasted for a long time.

It was a fantastic experience. My visit was made memorable by the professionalism and world-class services provided. It comes highly recommended by me. In fact, after viewing the high standards, I've recently scheduled my daughter's first appointment.

Comfortable ambience and all personnel were friendly. 5 stars for Jamie (Consultant) and Jenny (therapist), they made sure that I was comfortable and provided impeccable service. Highly knowledgeable and friendly as well. Most importantly, they do not engage in hard selling and I cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely be back!

I came down to the store to redeem the free trial last week and decided to sign up a package here. Firstly, my beautician, Fiona Ng is very skillful and friendly. She is very detailed, explain to me the functions/benefits of the machines, always check on me. I’m really glad to have her as my beautician. Next, the package price here is relatively cheap here compare to other beauty salons. Hope can get to see the results soon!

I tried fat freeze at different salons, but after comparing price and effectiveness, I find New Beauty have more, better machine. Prices are better deals. And my therapist Claudia is very good. Strongly recommended. Their business is quite good, so at times u may need to wait for yr turn to use the machine. So bests u are not in a rush.
