★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible massage ever experience. Despite asking to be firmer for over multiple times the therapist don't really bother, just rubbing my back and occasionally pause for a while. Until I feel so uncomfortable that I needed to ask for a stop without completing the session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth going. At ion , 6 April 2022,During whole session 60 minutes don’t feel any relaxed. Only feel pain.it weird when come to last step massage the head instead Of massage she keep poke my head , terrible . Next morning wake up can feel the body all part of pain ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great find. Hidden away in bottom of ion is this excellent spa. Facials are the best I’ve found in singapore. Great value for money with experienced therapists, good products, relaxing ambiance, and no package pressure. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting the Ion outlet for a few years and Vilma is one of the best masseurs I have come across. She always does a very good massage on me. And she is not too chatty so she lets me rest. She is also very polite and won't push me to buy anything. Really recommend her!
