They pride themselves as one of the "most experienced" and "skilled drycleaners" in Singapore. And yet they managed to destroy multiple buttons on my cardigan.
What did they use to dryclean? Acid?
They did not even inform us of the damage, let alone compensate us.
I guess this is the level of service to be expected from one of the "most experienced" and "skilled drycleaners" in Singapore.
Oh, and they deleted my post on their facebook page as well. Highly ethical business we have here.
Would probably be harder to delete a Google review, especially with evidence.
