I followed this New Star Travel for few years till now I still continue joining them about 7times of travelling a year! I’m just back from Tibet end of July 2019, It was Great... challenging over 5k above sea levels bcuz I’m been to HuangShan ~ Yunnan ~ JiuZhaiGou so I felt okay for me ‘it’s just over 3k above sea levels!’ Last year my photo was selected by MediaCorp ‘JALANJALAN’ 带你去走走 ‘Inner Mongolia’ This month August 2019 Cruise ~ Sept 2019 Australia ~ 12th Oct 2019 ZhangJiaJie & now waiting finding partner to Iceland on Nov 2019! Even if I want to travel Free & Easy at Bangkok I also book through New Star Travel, they’ll settle what I want & most important thing ‘Prices Reasonable’ even ‘Small Group also can Travel’ so BTW Thanks to New Star Travel ✈️

Jus back from 11D St Petersburg n Moscow with New Star Travel. 4N at St Petersburg and 5N at Moscow in 1 hotel. No hopping of 4 stars hotel. 99% of delicious Chinese and Russian meals daily. Reliable and good tour agency with a very reasonable package price. They generally had the trip well planned. We are very blessed to have GM of New Star Travel, Steven Gao to lead this magnificent wonderful experience holidays. A super experience, capability in giving great instructions and ensured everything goes smoothly throughout the trip. He always put our safety as his first priority and he will constantly remind us not to be a victim of pickpockets. He has done a great job and our group of 45 pax enjoyed heaps and loads at the end of the 11D Russian tour. Once again thank you New Star for giving us a memorable experience under the team leader of Steven Gao. I will strongly recommend friends and relatives to tis reasonable tour agency. New Star Travel was the worst travel agency I have ever experienced, considering I have travelled to all 5 continents. Not only the packages are relatively more expensive than other tour agencies, they have provided us a non-genuine Itinerary. For example, bus transport took us about 5-6 hours of journey but it’s written as 3 hours. We were informed that the domestic flights are very expensive and hence, we had to opt for bus rides which we later found out that other Tour Agencies do provide at least 1 domestic flight ( with similar tour package ) which require only 1 hour of inter cities travel. Food provided were quoted to us as USD 15-25 per meal but in actual it was worth much less due to its very poor quality. Within a short holiday trip, we were courted to visit 6 shops instead of spending more time on tourist spots. In addition, the tour leader was so unprofessional whom didn’t fully understand the planned itinerary (don’t know this and that). We were also being conned to pay additional SGD 200 per guest ( total 29 guests in the group ) for hiring a new Chinese speaking Tour Guide / Translator while the current Tour Leader was already a Chinese. This additional cost was not specified in the tour package. Later we realised the Tour Leader was the Wife of the owner of the Tour Agency. It’s a complete scam and we are considering to complain and report to CASE of Singapore. We will never consider this tour agency anymore in future, no matter at what price package given.

Good and caring tour agency that focus on excellent customer service. Very oriented and fun fill tour though out the whole journey.....Fill like home as they treat all like family members. Extra attention show when there is elderly people traveling along. Strongly recommended for all.

Overall it was a great experience and very pleasant trip to Taiwan with New star travel agency. Both Tour guide and driver were very nice and friendly people from Taiwan. hotels and foods are acceptable as well. Agency staff whom i liaised with was really professional efficient and friendly, was a China lady, forgotten her name. For a Budget tour like this, it’s excellent. Way better than a non Budget tour I booked with CTC agency, the ‘korea dreamy tour’. (Highly not recommended)
