★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small charity shop. Clothing is well used. Good selection of tops but not may shorts or skirts. I thrift regularly but wasn't impressed with what was on offer. It's not vintage or branded, just used old clothes.

The clothing section is neither branded nor vintage, mostly plastic-y used cloths, I went through the books and found a title I actually had been looking for and walked away with it for 1$.
While I was going through the books, one of the volunteering ladies was “disciplining” another volunteer right there in the store in front of everybody and it went on for more than 10 minutes and was harsh, personal, and super unpleasant to listen to for me as supporter of the organization. Bad vibes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to run thrift shops in Singapore due to high rents but this one in the SCWO has been going for years now. One of the rare op shops in Singapore with a reasonable range of books, clothes, toys.
There's a larger slant towards female clothes, with a nicer section of branded labels. Prices are reasonable with regular turnover of stock. Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love love the service! My first time thrift shopping in Singapore and I bought 3 articles from their online store - a denim jacket, oversized shirt and Bershka blouse for just $15! All still in great condition too. They were also very nice and helpful in their email responses! Will gladly shop here again also really happy to know that I'm also doing charity while shopping! :)

The staff absolutely ruined the experience. They don't care if you're bleeding or crying. They lie and will even laugh at you mockingly.
They pressure you at the end by upselling you and will only stop after i told them no multiple times.
