★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flow of the day was smooth and well planned from the start till the end. Trainers were friendly, knowledgeable and the teaching style were interactive. Kudos the the Red Cross team! Special thanks to my floor trainer Mr Ambrose for the jokes which helps us to remember the steps better and probe us with questions repeatedly till it stuck into our brains. With lots of practice time and encouragement, our whole team are BCLS &AED certified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructor Steven is patient and friendly. Yet at the same time he is strict about the fundamentals as it involves the safety of all of our lives. He doesn't mind to go through 1-on-1 supervision too. Overall a knowledgeable and interesting course.
