The service crew introduced us to the popular dishes to help us along, and the recommendations were really good. Saw us browsing the wine menu and immediately came forward to help with recommendations. Overall I felt they were really attentive and I hardly needed to raise my hand to ask for help at all. The food was fabulous, really enjoyed every bite. The beef cheeks were very tender, and paella is just delicious. Really enjoyed my dining experience here, will be back for more!

The crispy pig skin and croquettes are delish tapas. And a tipsy orange sponge cake shared by 2 to leave a sweet note to a lovely dinner. ?❤️

The sangria is delicious, just the right sweetness with the richer flavour of the wine lingering afterward. The tapas are a good portion for two, order about 3 items to share for a nice dinner. The white asparagus and beef cheek are recommended, with the white asparagus having all the fragrance and none of the usual vegetal bitterness. For one hungry diner, get just one tapas in favour of the seafood paella, absolutely filled with savoury seafood flavour. The pan will feed two nicely as well, the rice is tender and sticky with the aroma of charred shrimp while the clams are fresh and the squid softly yielding to the bite. If you have space for dessert, get the churros - or another drink! A great place in the neighbourhood for any evening out

Food quality is above average but portion sizes are small & not so value for money. We didn’t enjoy the Iberico pork due to the chewiness & sinew of the meat. Prawns in the Paella were not so fresh too as meat texture was mushy. Hamachi cheek & roasted Brussels sprouts was very good. Spot on for taste & flavours. Service was attentive & good.

Great settings with nice cheerful music brings back memories of our time in Spain. Limited curbside parking and those who drive may consider parking at the nearby Siglap Centre. Really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back.

Wonderful food and and relaxing ambience here! The service is pleasant too. For two people, we ordered 4 plates of tapas, one main, one dessert and two drinks. It was enough. Big eaters may need to order more, however. Definitely make a reservation prior to coming on a Friday/weekend as it tends to get crowded.

Chill vibes, attentive and hospitable staff with hearty, tasty food! Truly lives up to the name ‘Next Door Spanish Cafe’. Will recommend the Brussels sprouts and beef cheek. Gambas was all right, would have preferred it with more garlic. Overall, will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes!
