It took my dad 2days at A&E before he was warded (due to spike in covid19 cases so cant blame hospital). There was a lack of empathy in Staff service when i visited my dad who was warded there. My aged mum with walking difficulty was told curtly to vacate the seat in front of the lvl 1 counter to the far side to wait. (there were no other visitors or patients) In the end, couldn't find the cause of my dad's issue and had to refer him to another hospital for further tests which couldnt be conducted at NTF due to lack of facilities

Went to the A&E today. Have to wait for an hour to see the doctor. The nurses and doctor are good and really helpful. Would like to specifically thank the doctor who attended to me *didn’t managed to get her name (middle aged lady, short hair and wearing spec)

Mum did her surgery here and had an awful experience, conflicting instructions and poorly-trained nurses. I understand that it’s tough to be working as a front-liner but certain things were really lacking. She was wheeled into surgery and told what surgery she was getting and they got the procedure wrong! How could they get that detail wrong during the actual surgery?!? So dangerous and ill-prepared… After the surgery they also did not prepare lunch for her because “kitchen is closed” so my mum had to starve (she fasted since the night before) despite already paying for the stay at the hospital…isn’t this something that should have prepared in advance? Despite requesting for water twice, the nurses were just idling around instead of getting it for her, so she had to find water herself (right after her surgery!). When she was discharged and wanted to leave the hospital, she realised that she couldn’t because the nurses forgot to deactivate her pass… Overall, we felt that the nurses really lacked empathy, many of them lacked patience and were really careless…wouldn’t recommend this hospital. Understand that it’s challenging working as a nurse but they should be a little more responsible and professional in caring for patients.

Came for an early appointment with mum at Tower A. Due to safe management measures, only certain doors to the building were designated as entrances, and others as exits. The issue arose when the entrances doors were all locked. So we entered via the exit instead. Totally not logical to lock the entrance doors unless the exit door would double up as an entrance during certain hours - if this is the case, they should have clear signs. Totally defeats the purpose of safe management measures as well. Imagine if mum came by herself, a person who just completed her cataract eye surgery yesterday. Decided to put up the review here instead of their feedback channel because the last time I wrote in, all I had was an automated reply and no other follow up.

I had a good experience at the A&E unit. Dr Lee at the emergency unit was very quick to arrange a CT scan , blood test for me to diagnose my problem after I got to see him. ??All the Nurses at the ambulatory ward were very kind and helpful. Blood tests results came out quickly. I think NTFH deserves a better rating and just want to share my experience. Keep up the good work Doctors and Nurses here. I am very grateful for your help to me ?

got admitted twice into this hospital and i say it's wards are very good. spacious and cooling even without aircon. nurses are polite and helpful as well. the doctors are also very capable. but specialist clinic waiting time is very long

Friendly staff but the quality of durian strudel is not as good as before (I used to buy at Kent Ridge station), durian mochi are quite good but not so special
