Subway - Tower A Subway

Gone to this subway fast food restaurant at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital Tower A at 8.40am on the 13 December 2021. One of their male staff with a colored head band served me. I asked for the Parmesan Bread but was told by this male staff that only italian bread plus 2 other types were available. I chose the italian bread 6 inch with Ham and slice cheese, 10 seconds of toasting in their oven was my request. The male staff with the head band put the already toasted bread on the counter. I was wondering why that staff had not asked me what salads topping i wanted for the rest to complete the sandwich. Then he came with a piece of cooked scramble egg and placed it on top of the toasted opened sandwich which i did not order. I said that i did not ordered the cookeď scrambled egg. I told the male staff with the head band. He said that according to their lunch menu there is a piece of cooked scrambled egg. I ordered at 8.40am. Its not even at lunch time yet. I told that male staff to make me a new one to replaced the sandwich. After finishing toasting the replacement sandwich. I asked for some lettuce and slices tomatoes and asked for the mayo and BBQ Sauce. That staff put the mayo and BBQ sauce in the centre of the folding instead of on top of the lettuce and tomatoes slices. As he was doing the sandwich. Another staff , a young chinese female put a big rectangle storage box on top of the ham and cheese toppings as all the containers were not covered. The bottom of the plastic storage box was on top of all the topping. I asked the male staff with the head band anout tgeir hygiene practiced. He said that the containers are all sanitized. How can put a rectangle storage box sitting on top of all the opened meat containers and said its is sanitized? This is call hygiene compromised not sanitized.
