★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service. Several visit and each time it will take at least 20 mins before I can collect my food. Very chaotic. No system. The staff don't seem interested in serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New restaurant located inside Ng Teng Fong Hospital . Sells local delights like nasi lemak. , po piah , mee siam , laksa etc . This outlet was run by young staffers . The traditional nasi lemak is ordered taste good . The chicken wing was crispy and tasty . The ice lemon tea was home made and is to my liking as it taste less sweet .

Even i talk so nice telling my order.
So rushing to take my order considering nobody was behind me.
Choosing drinks also like pushing u.
As if having at time limit ordering..
Hope that their management send then to proper customer service training before letting them to be in front of their business.
Even the food is nice if the customer service is bad,
Will have a big effect to the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers take their own time to serve food. My food was left unattended at the tray top. I’ve been waiting for almost 6 min. When approach and see the counter top. My ticket q is there. When I told the guy why you make me wait when the food is already at the counter top his reply was very impolite, and rude. They were not much of a q or patron around. This things has been happening for sometime already. They just left the food on the counter top. And call you when they think it’s time. TO THE MANAGEMENT IN CHARGE OF Ng Teng Fong hospital, please do something about this issue!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here on 26 Mar at 5.58pm. While walking in saw 6 wheelchairs trying to get in and I help move the stools at 2 tables. A Chinese staff came out did not bothered to help and walk out of stall. The Malay girl cashier saw and call the inside counter staff to assist me. That's was very nice of these 2 staff. Kudos to their attitude. Always eat here and the staff are proactive except this Chinese man who did not blink an eye to help nor emphatic to wheelchairs people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best run Qiji as far as I am concerned. Everyone from temperature checker to lady team lead and packers worked as as team and a smile.
Takeaways were carefully packed with condiments, cutlery and servettes. My mee Siam gravy and noodles were in separate containers and serving large enough for two persons. Nasi lemak was delicious and the coin otak yummy. Of course the poh-piah is always superb.
And yes, this place is serious about vaccination status.
Looking forward to dine in soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kopitiam at tower B is closed so Qiji at Tower A has a long queue. Just went to food area but not other places in Ng Teng Fong Hospital. Not the traditional Laksa with cockles but it looks more like beehoon with very light coconut gravy and frozen tiny clams. Dish was made economically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an unpleasant experience today. Ordered curry chicken cutlet rice, the gravy on the rice got tiny bone inside. Swallowed it and it stuck in my throat for few days. I think the curry should be fish curry. Please be careful when serving customer. Do not recommend to service curry rice from fish curry as when the fish are cooked until soft the tiny bone will come out.
