I rarely write reviews but I have to as Vincent is extremely professional and reliable. Toilet had leakage this morning and was looking for a pumbler urgently. Only Nile Plumbing Services replied swiftly and with reasonable prices. He arrived within 30 mins from our call with him. He came down to inspect the leakage and helped to repair the leakage swiftly which was caused by poor workmanship from HDB HIP programme. He helped to fixed everything in the most professional, attentive and patient manner. There is also a 3 months warranty after his service which I’m very positive it won’t be used given his great expertise and skills. Will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends! Had a shower mixer tap leaking issue. Looked online for reliable plumber and came across Vincent’s page. Contacted Vincent and he made arrangements to drop by within the hour on a Sunday. Entire process took less than 30 mins and the issue was resolved. Throughout the entire process, Vincent was very professional and knowledgeable. He will be my go to plumber for all my plumbing related issues in future!

My first ever review. Vincent is friendly, meticulous and honest. He will be my go to plumber from now on. He gave me tips on not turn on and off the valves and no need to change this and that unnecessarily. Also, told me to ask town council to change the main tap outside the house. He could easily have said for him to do it and he pocket the earnings but he did not. 10 stars ratings for Vincent.

I've contacted a few plumbers by searching through Google and Vincent was the most proactive one who could visit us on the same day. He was very friendly and professional, and the service was great. First time engaging Nile Plumbing after reading testimonials and also finding that he is a certified plumber by PUB. Vincent gave a professional service and offered valuable advice. He used the right tools to do the job ie. clearing the choke at the kitchen floor trap. Also provided the video and photos of the job that was done for my reference. Truly an honest plumber with a reasonable price. Worth recommending his service to those in need.

My master bedroom toilet been smelling like sewage since the day I moved in and I suspect it's due to my contractor's plumber who did not do a good job at sealing it. Insist that he had installed the bowl correctly, I decided to look for a second plumber's opinion and chanced upon Nile Plumbing after a few google search. Vincent is very responsive and quoted me the price range on the phone which is reasonable and within my budget. On the day of inspection Vincent is punctual and will give me an update on his arrival time. Upon checking, it is confirm that the previous plumber indeed did not sealed the pan collar properly and probably did not use a brand new trap during the installation. Vincent pointed out several other issues with the toilet bowl installation and proceeded to re-sealed my bowl. He even took the initiative to clean up the ugly silicon seal left behind by the other plumber. Once he is done, the smell is gone completely. This has been a few days and I decided to leave this review for others who needs a trustable plumber. I am gonna keep Vincent's business card (sticking on my fridge now!) in case I need any plumbing help.Highly recommended! (this is not a sponsored or relatives/friends post ?)

Nile Plumbing is a very reliable plumbing company located @ woodlands! Mr Vincent came down to our preschool at woodlands to change our kitchen tap and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their price was very affordable too. I fully recommend this plumber! 5 Star! Once again, thank you Mr Vincent.
