β β β β β βDishonestβ and βunscrupulousβ will be my descriptions for them. They knew we needed to clear a choked pipe urgently and made use of our situation to demand $650! We had to nego hard to bring it down. The job was so simple and was completed in 20mins. We found out that the market rate for such work is between $200 and $250. Wonβt be using them for sure. Recommending them, NOT!

β β β β β Poor service. Charge $90 for changing a bottle trap without inspecting the entire sink for other leakage. Blamed the customer for not doing the proper check. After changing trap, another pipe leaked. When checked with them, quoted another $120 to solve cuz claimed separate problem.

β β β β β Called them ask how much tell me $90 for service and parts.. when rude plumber come ask me to choose between cheap ($180) and good ($200), does it mean cheap not good?
Anyhow change host also still working only outside rust, change without permission.
Press on the sink, busy body, rude plumber talk a lot of rubbish
Will definitely not call last minute again, NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

β β β β β A guy came to my house, took one look at the water storage heater and concluded it can't be repaired, and must be replaced. That's fine, his quote? $1600 for a replacement job - that's more than twice the average market price. Asked for a breakdown, none given. Later I asked the company for an explanation for such scamming behaviour - they simply stop replying me. Oh yeah, and I have pay the guy $20 for his "service".

β β β β β i wish i read other reviews before calling them. basically they'll send their guy down and give you an overpriced quote, if you don't accept it, you'll have to pay $20 for transport. which is ok, except that they refused to give a quote via whatsapp. Later, when i tried getting quotes elsewhere, i was able to get a quote via whatsapp. So these guys deliberately want to put you in a tight spot by overquoting when already on site.
for reference, their plumber quoted $480 for the work, which I later got fixed for $320. So they basically overcharge by 50%. pls avoid at all cost.

β β β β β Encounter same experience with other people here.. a guy came to survey and over quote for a small leakage on a copper pipe to be exact 300dollar.. .worst he told that the entire pipe until the toilet needs to be change.. gonna hack wall n all. Really Ridiculous.. i was charge for transportation 20 dollar. Becareful guys..

β β β β β 1. Same experience with other users. Quote overpriced on spot. Way higher than the min price mentioned in WhatsApp.
2. Dishonest when issuing invoice by writing a shorter warranty period as communicated and older date
3. Low quality work as the drain is choked again in less than half a year without heavy usage.

"1. Call to enquire on the service required and check on price." -- told me $50 onwards after i sent photo of my kitchen floor trap condition.
"2. Once price has been agreed upon, we will send a team to your place for the repair works." -- no price agreed on but quite certain it is just a simple choke and wouldn't be too costly.
"3. After repair service has been completed and payment received, we will issue you a receipt with warranty included." -- written on receipt, no warranty.

1. bad attitude the moment he stepped into the house until he left
2. quoted me $230 to flush my kitchen using electronic vibrator. After i asked for a cheaper option, he used a traditional plunger but still cost me $170!
Felt so cheated by such dishonest service provider.
