E	Esther C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitchen drainage pipe was clogged. Called urgently after 9pm and they despatched this experienced uncle plumber to resolve my clogged pipe. Despite my infrastructure he was able to drill a round hole through my cupboard so in the future I have clear unobstructed access to my drainage for future maintenance. Paid a bit more for after hours but got the job done to my satisfaction

I called to cancel. Each time I called, a different person answered the phone and I had to re-give details.

S	Samantha Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst plumbing company I ever counter. At first said change water tap leaking start from $30 onwards, depends on the structure and situation. Request their service to on site and help change the water tap. From 2pm wait till 6pm, end up told us that they only can use PUB water tap and charge us $130(without GST). Of course we do not want it as we already bought our own water tap and we just need people to change it only! And they still got the cheeks to told me have to pay $30 for transport fee. Hello in the first place do not state at all, if not i will not ask u just come and said hi. So I told the boss that I will not pay, you want you just change the water tap for us and we will pay you. And the boss told me off that no money don act. I was like what the hell I need to suffer all this! Please do not use lucky2 if you do not want to be the next victim.

BUT said its not easily available so best to replace the whole toilet! Took SDG30 left...saying he will get quote for both replacement of part and new installation - after I followed up a few hours later I am given a quotation for SGD360 for part replacement and SGD430 for toilet replacement!!! Contacted alternate plumber and got the job done in SGD150!! Clearly the company only wants to make money by giving us impossible choices to choose from...very poor
A	Ally Ally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The plumber was very late, said to arrive at 3pm but no show and i had to message them then they tell me he will only be there at night. When he arrived, he said need to change p trap and charged us a hefty $150 just to change it and yes, we know they are overcharging! But we will so desperate and he's already here so we agreed. But that didn't solve the leak. The plumber came down the following day, yet again that didn't solved the issue. So we requested to change plumber and they did but that was of no help as well. We changed to another plumbing service eventually and fix the whole issue. All in all, don't waste your time and money on them! They overcharge people and their service was horrible.
