★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering that they're located within White Sands shopping mall, I don't like that they don't have a sitting area, but the Taiwanese desserts are high quality and very tasty. Prices are also highly reasonable for a shopping mall dessert place. Great place if you're taking it home for enjoyment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refreshing alternative to our local desserts - love their grass jelly special with aloe vera pearl jelly, black sugar jelly cubes, milk ball and taro balls. Our guests like their eight treasures combo with mixed bean, milk ball and taro balls, inexpensive at $2. There's seating and if you're fussy, you may specify your own mix

Very reasonably priced for the portion and quality offered here. The bean curd is light and flavourful - very much like lao ban’s but with a slightly milder taste. I really enjoyed the mango pearls and green tea taro balls. The pearls and regular taro balls were just alright - nothing special.
Would definitely come back again to try the other varieties of bases and toppings available.

Matcha curd and aiyu jelly are so-so in my opinion. My recent visit reinforced my preference for the bean curd as my preferred base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The White Sands outlet is probably the worst. Always running out of ingredients. To make matters worst the staff are rude. Can't be bothered kind of attitude. Just disgusted with the service. Owner/owners please train your staff first before stationing them there. Your staff will be your downfall. Just be cautious. Please stock up on your ingredients for god's sake.?
