赵	赵科仲 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本来我点的30%的sugar，结果回家一喝，好甜啊，是放了至少50%吧... 难受！我经常来买的... 这次那个乌龙茶表面的泡泡都没有帮我去掉...只能给四星了，本来五星的。 I originally ordered 30% of the sugar, but when I went home, it was so sweet, it was at least 50%... It's uncomfortable! I often buy it... This time the bubbles on the surface of the oolong tea didn't help me get rid of it... It can only be given four stars, originally five stars.

The young woman, who was supervisor when we made our brown sugar milk tea order, went above and beyond her duty in resolving an issue with our order. Please grant her your best remuneration and employee privileges. The young man who served us as cashier displayed excellent service as he made us aware of the best payment promos and waited patiently for us to settle it. The brown sugar in the milk tea was so luxurious and guilt-inducing. The warm pearls slowly mingled with the iced tea to form a well-mixed drink. Date: 19 June 2021 Time: around 3:30 pm
W	Wayne Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peach oolong milk tea - not too great as the flavours are pretty muted. Oolong can hardly be detected and there’s mainly only the peach flavour and aftertaste. It is probably made worst with the addition of milk. Certainly the most disappointing drink I’ve tried off their menu. - Good quality, probably one of the best Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk drinks around. The milk is great and is able to hold its own. The pearls are sweet enough without being overpowering. The brown sugar flavour is flavourful and addictive. Really like how the pearls are really made with brown sugar, rather than being merely doused and soaked in brown sugar.
R	Risa Sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always a pleasure to buy R&B drinks at Whitesands store. The manager and Ah Boy (Philip) are always very courteous and helpful. They always greet me when I pass by the store. They always smile at the customers. Today, Ah Boy recommends me a new drink , Honey C and it is very nice. He is good at recommending drinks to customers and it seems he knows their taste. All the drinks are very nice at R&B! I buy drinks over there almost twice a week. If anyone has not tried the drink at R&B, you should try now. You will not regret.

But thankfully the experience here at Pasir Ris White Sands really made up for it. Redeemed a voucher and it was swift and easy. Drink was prepared promptly. Tea tasted fresh, cream was really nice, and not diluted either. Cashier at counter had really good service too. The two younger ladies making the drinks had good hygiene practises and made the drinks with accurate precision’s.
