★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I have very bad experience for buying soya bean in Mr Bean White Sand Mall, Staff is very sarcastic and unethical to me, Her Customer Service is is very terrible, early morning she can spoiled my day, I respect her because she quit old, but I can’t tolerate her attitude, hopefully have some action about that happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I start Q from 5.19pm, there was have 2 customers. The one auntie got wear spec, she keep scolded another auntie, but never help her.
She work very slow and talk. 5.31pm then is my turn. Hope the outlet Manager will observe her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from the staff in the morning. Ignored me even though they saw me waiting, and continued to do so even after I said “excuse me”.
Food was terrible too, ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl previously. Tasteless and egg was overcooked.
