★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love candles and 9 Wicker Ave definitely nailed the scents. The whimsical names of the candles evoke quirky adventures, memories of holidays past, halcyon days of baking, making margaritas, my trip to Cuba...and just because its Xmas, my nose is most delighted by the sweet aromas of muled wine, gingerbread and everything nice from their seasonal selection.
Great candle and candle container workshop by lady boss (u go girl!) team. It is 2 hours of bonding and something memorable to fill my pad with my fav Cottage + Sweater Weather scents!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very pretty candle and I really love the scent BUT there is no warning about the flowers catching fire. There was a small part of one of the plants that caught fire so it burned for like 5s then it was fine. None of the other botanicals burnt.
Additionally, the flame is HUGE. It's easily more than 2 inches tall and smokes quite frequently. Despite trimming, even at the start of a light it is like this. Maybe the wood wick is too wide? Have to be careful to move flammable objects far, far away from the candle.
It's a pity because the scent is actually quite nice and unique. I'm not likely to purchase again but would be quite happy to do so if they sold a version without the botanicals. Maybe try the cotton wick instead of wood because the wood one burns too harshly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 candles from Nine Wicker Ave and they were absolutely divine! Love the scents and how pretty it looks - almost too pretty to light it up tbh.
My favourite was 'To The Moon & Back', although a close second would have to be the 'One Light Stand' with the Lavender scent.
Looking forward to more interesting scents!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second buy for To the Moon and Back. It’s honestly my favorite! I’ve also bought it for another friend, which really speaks a lot. Love how cute they look with the crystals and dried flowers, super delicate. Lots of effort that went behind this I’m sure. Keep it up!! Can’t wait to see more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first purchase of Alice in Wonderland moons ago fed the whimsical dreamer in me and made me a true fan. Having gone for their sellout workshop made me an even firmer fan ! Both ladies were patient and helpful at every turn and throughout the workshop, it was nothing but fun and a sense of self discovery through selecting my own scent and decor for my jar and candle. Needless to say, I went home with not only my creation but also several candles I’ve kept my eye on. Can’t wait for their Christmas drops which will happen in first week of Nov. I hope I’ll be able to score a few of those when it drops *hint* thank you again for the great workshop and lovely creations !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Nine Wicker’s candle workshop, it’s amazing and wonderful session I had with the guidance of 2 great trainers. Finally managed to created my very own colourful Jesmonite candle jar and filled up the nice aroma candle. Love it!
