★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love yankee candle and went to the JEM store today eagerly anticipating buying our Christmas candles... extraordinarily Yankee Candle has NO stocks of candles. With NONE arriving until January. Store at the moment should be called Yankees have NO Candles. Would strongly advise store owners to think carefully about their ordering process. No candles available in December is an interesting business model. Hope the other stores are better stocked!

However, my friend and I were treated really well by the staffs!! A chinese middle-aged lady greeted us multiple times and wished us “have a good night” with a cheerful smile. Another muslim female staff was really patient and asked if we would like to buy another $5 sample as it the deal is 3 for $10. She was really kind and helped us alot while shopping for the different candles.
Overall, really extremely good service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This yankee candle shop is the closest for the ones in the jurong area. there used to be one at jurong point but it has closed down. They do sell a huge array of scented candles in different sizes. They also occasionally sell seasonal candles that sell out really fast and are usually limited in quantity.
Edit: after reaching out to them to hunt for a "no stock in SG" candle, their replies were prompt and professional. They also went the extra mile to get it (the candle) for me. Would totally visit again if the need arises. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really appreciate the staff on duty on 5th July at around 4.15pm :)
Went to purchase car vent slips with my mother and realise the scent we wanted only had 2 left. Hence, we bought the last scent which we're not familiar with. Upon payment and making our way out a certain distance, the staff took the effort to rush towards us (out of the store) to quickly inform that the scent we wanted had 1 left(just found out), and kindly asked if we wanted to change it with the last scent. Her action reflects on her passion to assist customers! Thank you, it really made our day!?
