โ โ โ โ โ L'Occitane products are good to use, hardly have any promotion or discount, as usual, but value for the money. This outlet takes a foothold with relatively big area in westgate. A must go shop if you travel to jurong east.

allowing only 2 customer in to the shop at a time and staff taking their own sweet time serving and super slow cashiering.
Hence creating a long queue at the entrance haha keep up the good job

โ โ โ โ โ The shopping experience at this shop is simply terrible. The shop assistant is the worst I have met. I think Lโocctane Singapore should provide better training to their retail staff. The staff seems like a Malaysian to be and kept throwing me the glance as if I wonโt buy. Wanted to buy more but decided not to...very disappointing for a great product!

โ โ โ โ โ SAs have no respect nor pride for the brand they represent; I was left alone without acknowledgement of my presence and was ignored the whole duration I was there. Only until a product was in my hand did a SA who previously ignored me, loitering in and out of the store take notice and attend to me. SAs there are undeserving of their commissions for the low quality customer service better left kept to themselves than provided to patrons. Regardless of the 'student' garments I donned, other patrons who entered also left without any attention from the two SAs, one of them occasionally absent, the other spending over twenty minutes conversing with a patron with trivial talk and further deterring her already inefficient service. Further desultory conversation with the insincere SA soured my mood. Copped the verveine EDT because there was no one who were willing to even spare a glance let alone provide samples of products. Shrug.

โ โ โ โ โ Just like all the negetive reviews here, the staff at this outlet are terrible. They give product and say: here this is the one. Show them the screenshot they will take out their gadget and play around with their tablet and don't even tell you to wait or what they are doing. Jennifer has a seriously bad attitude that no amount of fake reviews can fix. Loccitance you must as well fire them and go completely digital because the staff there do nothing all day except stare and play handphone. You revamp the shop 1000 times also useless one cause you have this Jennifer who has a disgusting attitude that makes you never want to step Into any loccitane shop

โ โ โ โ โ come to collect a sample myself , staff just ignore me few minutes and then ask for phone no directly ,seem know i just came and collect sample only . after few hours , came with my friend and bought some hand cream, still treat with poor service. actually considering their shampoo , after this service .no more to consider their branch.
