★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not patronise this outlet ... poor customer service from cashier and staff. Chose my replacement bulb asked if can shop test, gave me a no response claiming test kit not working. So leap of faith but ended up queuing like a fool despite being noticed by 2 staff including cashier when all cashier did was continuously accepting customers who enter from front of entrance to make payment ... until I demanded to know where's the payment queue from. Some lame excuse was given. Totally poor attitude with disregard of a waiting customer. Heard from neighbours not to patronise them too. Common complaint is the arrogant attitude of staff. Too bad I have to still give a star here, when they actually deserve negative rating
