★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop sells various types of carrot cakes. I tried their Luncheon Meat carrot cake. He will stir fry the luncheon meat first and add the carrot cake in afterwards. Then, he will fry the whole lot with 3 beaten eggs to form a crispy crust around. He will constantly flip the carrot cake around, to ensure overall evenness.
The egg covering the dish is really crispy and good, you can smell the eggy aroma and taste the saltiness from the luncheon meat.
A point to note, his carrot cake version can be quite oily though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the fusion carrot cake. To be honest, I find it underwhelming as the Mala was too oily and too strong, killing off the taste of the carrot cake which was good by itself.
The carrot cake with tom yum as well as the one with spam are equally bad. Too salty and unfortunately not something which I can accept.

Very grumpy lady staff, not sure the lady boss or who but most of them I see her there ? very bad attitude, literally will stare at me like I owe her $$ just because I never say certain things she wants to know e.g: dry/ soup, meepok or kuey tiao.
Won’t go back to them anymore, already tried to visit them a few times but always leave me with a bad taste due to their bad service and food is SO so
