★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOP SEAFOOD@UBI used to be my favourite stall. But during this Phase 2, the stall charge people money anyhow only.... Charge me higher then the normal days I bought by $1 to $1.50. Not going there anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently reno and some new stalls opened. hainanese chicken stall is to die for. the chasiew is comparable to old airport rd "xxx paradize". nasi lemak is a chain branch which is good in general. old favourites still here: ayam penyet best chili! Hakka white beehoon, no signboard carrot cake, prawn noodle and the seafood stall. thaifood is new, got mookata! tom yam fried rice is good. strangely pineapple fried rice is bland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the ayam penyet & pu tian stall & both were not too bad! The ayam penyet chilli wasn't too spicy & more towards the sweet-savoury side which is great because if it's too spicy, you can't taste the chicken. Tofu was hot & crispy and it would've been perfect if the chicken & soup were hot too. For the pu tian noodles, I prefer their fried one as their soup one is kinda salty. And the pu tian stall doesn't serve chilli! Without the sour-savoury chilli, it's not complete. Will wanna try the wantan mee stall next time cos it looks good??

Tried the Tom yum before but not really good so will stick to their basil chicken.
