Worst experience...

I was recommended to go down Fu Kang TCM Wellness to look for their Consultant Therapist Mr Sim to solve my back pain problem which was following me for many years. Mr Sim is really an expert in this area and I can feel the effect just after one treatment. He even told me there is no need to come back for further treatment as my back problem should be solved. I just need to go back once a month just for maintenance.

Very bad experience. Staff displayed poor knowledge of acupressure points and understanding of tui na. Staff was also dishonest and extremely pushy and constantly finding ways to sell unnecessarily. 1. Selling more hours than requested, even insisting when told i just needed 1.5hrs. 2. Told me had to use special oil because seem like my back was injured. made assumptions before even pressing and gauging my back, or even asking what happened. Oil was expensive and so i said no, and she said such young age, really need to heal it or it will worsen. Very poor surface rubbing. Cannot reach or release the block deep tissue muscles. Staff seem impatient and rushing on every step. Touching the arm, shoulder and back in random sequence for less than 10 seconds and jumping to the next location. When I asked, she claimed she was loosening the body. Will be better later, thus i waited. Did not improve later on. She displayed lack of understanding in acupressure points of a person, and she didnt try to identify where my pain points were after multiple attempts of mentioning where to focus on. Very poor skill and knowledge, deeply disappointed. On the bright side, she initiated a refund of the remaining hour. *Edit: My friend however had a better experience with a separate masseuse. Will be changing the star review.*
