★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a heartland mall with the basic necessities. Dental, clinic, facial service, barber, f&b, supermarket and shopping. Special mentioned shops- Redman & Decathalon. Airy but no aircon along the common spaces. Linked to the nearby HDB with outdoor playground facilities. HDB Carpark available at basement. Convenient for thoseresidents who arem staying nearby. They provide shuttle service too for selected pick-up points. All store are opened. Ample common seating areas for shoppers to take a brake or snack.There is a link way to Northshore II just opened with more options for shopping and eateries. (Updated feb 2022)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this place, I thought it was a mall but it seems to be shop houses inside the place. There is no safe entry to the plaza but to the shops. There are quite a number of foodstalls here and linked directly from LRT.
The giant supermarket not that big though as I thought it would be. Decathlon is big. 2 stories shop with travellator inside.
Parking is managed by HDB. There is no proper sign of exit point, made me turn around to find the exit.
Plaza II seems to have more big brands coming. There is a bridge connecting these places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent sized mall conveniently located near Samudera LRT station. You can enter the mall directly from LRT level 2 after you tap out. The mall is filled mostly with eateries. Plaza 1 and Plaza 2 are connected by a bridge at level 2, no need to get out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small neighborhood mall with ample selection of shops. Some of the food stalls have no dedicated seating area, and only offer take-out. It's a pity because I wanted to try one of the stalls, but I couldn't find any space at the common seating areas. The mall is not air-conditioned, but it's breezy enough. Good move to reduce energy consumption; similar idea to Star Vista at BV.
15/01/2022: Many shops are still not open (60% open).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a new mall, surrounded by hdb. If u drive, just park at nearby hdb n if u take train, it’s so convenient! N I love! Take a look at my photos! There r plenty of eateries too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ North shore plaza 2 is ready. Lots of choices now. From Penang,western,Vietnam,seafood,food court. Weekday is a bit quiet as the surrounding BTO not fully occupied. After dinner can enjoy the sea breeze. Accessible from Lrt through a link bridge. It's open air with giant fans so have fresh sea breeze.currently got a free shuttle bus during lunch and dinner time from oasis lrt and waterway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious neighborhood mall. 2 buildings linked by an overhead bridge. Major tenants include Giant supermarket, Anytime Fitness, McDonalds, A&W, Cantine food court, etc. Waterfront dining options at Plaza II.
Good alternative to other malls in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice eco mall with a huge Decathlon outlet, McDonald’s, Coffee Bean, Qiji, Song Fa Kway Chup and more! Looking forward to see F&B outlets in a phase 2.
To get here: Take a LRT via Punggol west loop to Samudera LRT station.
