All my drinks were spilled out from the cups and the inner plastic bags are filled with the drinks! And they put the blame to Food Panda and ask me to call them for a refund when I booked the meals from the Mac app. Ridiculous!

From the beginning til now, there has been terrible service, staff is rude, inflexible and takeaway orders are constantly wrong. There has been no change to my experience over the past few months. They also have the habit of putting the tray of hot food directly in front of my 1 year old toddler. No common sense, no manners, would give 0 stars if I could.

Made a check @1020 & was informed by outlet manager that they did not receive my order as there's a power trip. Was asked to call hotline to cancel order and hotline informed refund will be make within 14 days! Your system is s*#kz! And you just lose another customer.

Her name is Arisa. I asked her if I can no salt with my fries as I forget to indicate at my order. She straight away handle my order to ensure I get what I requested for. She did it with a smile even though she is busy. She should be the next staff of the month. Handling customers with a smile and was polite. I appreciate it. Good job MacDonalds Northshore!!
s	steven lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened and very popular. The queues are split across the corridor, resulting in some customers joining in the wrong queue when first lining up. Once you get in, and staff are strict about adhering to Covid measures, you order via the machines and the food is delivered to your table. Staff are super friendly and always have smiles for customers, especially Faridah, who was running the small glassed room inside. I actually wanted a burger but, as it was a public holiday, they served breakfast up to noon.

While I was eating, she approached me and asked if everything was OK. "gd morn Mdm, how's your morn today? Is everything OK? How was the food?" I replied everything was great. She ended with "let me know if you want to refill your drinks." Like I was wowed at tt moment. For a moment I did not feel like I was in sg (cause usually f&b staff here are frantically working, rushing orders. if they want to take a breather and rest at the BOH, I won't blame them for not wanting to make contact with the customers.) and this is MCD in Punggol! #morereasonstolovepunggol I glanced at her badge and thank her by her name and commented that she look beautiful today and I love her eye shadow. Thanks for making my day Wendy Chan.
