★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to this clinic on 26 june 2022 at about 1015am and was rejected saying they are very busy today. please come tomorrow. the clinic literally only have about 3 person. is this clinic only based on appointments? how will i know i will be sick today or in a few days time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there and was greeted by friendly nurses. Saw the lady doctor and was given good advice and medication for my RA triggered by gout. Very impressed and i felt secure to have such clinic nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The evening locum doctor (young man) is soo lousy and always seem wanting to get the patient out quick. He can't even assess that I'm having a genuine fever...relied on the nurse outside to take the reading (nurse is using a forehead thermometer )unlike the resident GP who has a more accurate ear thermometer and will take reading again. After that told him I feeling nauseous but ene up he did not even issue me any nauseous and fever med. 2nd encounter with him to assess him this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic for health screening on 26th Feb. The locum doctor is so terrible at drawing my blood. Insert needle to both of my arms but after some difficulties only able to draw 1 sample tube from my right arm (need 3 tubes) . Felt like the doctor is so incompetent in this. Never experience this before. Doctors/nurses have no problem drawing my blood before. Now both of my arms got small bruises from the needle insertion. Terrible n scary experience indeed.
