Extremely unhappy! I bought a groupon voucher for 3 times mani/pedi and have gone twice. Am trying to space the sessions out more widely as I am currently pregnant and it may not be ideal to gofor nail services so frequently. The only reason why I chose this salon in the first place was because they claim their products to be pregnant-friendly. Called to ask if I could redeem my last session with them but staff was very inflexible and insisted that the expiry date has passed. She requested that I wrote in formally to the management to seek approval for an extension. My point is, if the company is so inflexible in extending the deadline for customers, the basic courtesy is to call up customers who have balance sessions left to remind them that they have to redeem their sessions before they get forfeited. Feel really short changed and angry now because I have paid $72 for 3 sessions but now it is equivalent to $36 for 1 session, which is much more expensive that other groupon deals out there. The price paid is totally not worth it given the location of the salon and its old and tired-looking facade and equipment. The company should reflect on its service and attitude towards customers.

Had a lovely manicure & pedicure session for myself and my partner! Lynn & Val were amazing and very attentive to our needs. Prices were also very reasonable and their services as well as prices are available online on their website! They do not pick up the phone if they are busy with customers so try to call a few times if they don't answer! Will definitely come again!

The 75min lympathic massage session with Val and Lynn was absolutely great! Both Val and Lynn are professionals and are very skillful. After the session my fiancée and me felt that the body pains were relieved, and we feel refreshed. No upselling or force-selling as well, and both Val and Lynn were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Thank you and we pleasantly enjoyed our experience! We are really happy we found Nourish Naturally :)

I got my pedicure done twice here. Very lovely setting, quiet and peaceful away from the shopping mall bustle. She's very attentive and incorporate some essential oils in the moisturiser. Such little details made my experience a wondrous one. Thank you so much!

A very nice and cosy salon with reasonable pricing and excellent client servicing. I keep coming back even after moving to a completely different city area. Mrs. Val is a pro in her area, the pedicure she does is impeccable, she never overscrapes to the point of raw skin (which I often had before in other salons), and she's very gentle. My feet have never felt better. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice pedicure experience that will not burn a hole in your wallet.
