If there was a -1 I would gladly rate so, the subcontractor that came was CLEARLY unhappy that we were requesting for a minor job.

Unfortunately Google doesn't have -1 star, or all -10 . Booked after renovation cleaning, girls have arrived on time, even early. During our conversation before booking i was asking manager if they will be able to clean windows external - he said "yes". During cleaning process we are realized that our windows too dirty after painting and they will be not able to clean it without chemical . I agreed with that,but ask them to clean just the dust. When they finished it was already late around 6+. I was trying to check whole apartments - it looks ok in darkness Early morning we moved there - i was just realized that it wasn't done properly and i have to do it by myself (all toilet sits, all cabinets, kitchen,tiles and etc). They did cleaning where was open and seen space , other one they just "forgotten"... Before it we had discussion with Manager that they will be able to come back and do window cleaning once again for additional cost with chemicals.They arrived, girls even do not have the pot to dissolve this chemicals, used only scab for normal window cleaning (before their manager called it "professional tools" ) , . My helper was in charged to handle it. I was asking her to show them where to do and re-do it again. They do not speak English at all, only body languages ....When my helper was asking them to clean window external - they were shocked... and do not want to do it. I explain to them that Im not asking to clean it unsafe, only what they can reached... Long long story with very not very happy final... When i reached home (it was very late). I've checked all windows, they are still dirty and all of them with stains from paint (even they "used" chemicals ) and stains after they used dirty cloth just wipe and no polish not clean... I'm very terribly unsatisfied by this Company and never ever recommended to any other people. Don not look on their price!

I took their lease-end cleaning services on 29th September 2015. They did a very BAD job. Ultimate waste of money. They sent two women to clean the apartment without any special equipment. They used all cheap cleaning stuff from Giant and Gerald and his old man arrived at night to take the money. Both of them took no responsibility for damage done to the property while cleaning and didn't show any kind of dedication towards their work. All they cared about was their money and once I paid the money, they just flew away. While handing my apartment over, the landlord agent pointed out some areas which were totally uncleaned and hence I called Gerald to inform about this. First he agreed to clean and later he denied saying that the payment was done and hence it was accepted that their job is done. In the end, I would say, if you want to get your apartment cleaned, Don't give them the contract. They are cheaters and fraud. Bad attitude towards customers. Absolutely irresponsible for their terrible work and damages done to the property while cleaning.

This is the second time we used their service. The first time was decent and professional but when we recently engaged their services for a 2nd time we were very disappointed with their services. We liaised with Gerald who turned out to have an excuse for every thing we asked. 1) when we returned to the unit after running errands, they were cleaning our living room and to our surprised all our air-conditioning units were on! When we asked why - Gerald told us this is to maximise the cleaners efficiency as they work less efficiently when they sweat. I was flabbergasted, even I don't on the AC when I clean. I offered them to on the fan instead as I have just done a thorough servicing of my units and wanted it in pristine condition when I pass this to my incoming tenants. 2) they took photos of all the items that have scratches etc to ensure no discrepancies when conducting the cleaning. Upon inspections we found a toilet seat closed when compared to the the one outside and decided to check on it and found the toilet seat damaged at the hinge. When we shared this with Gerald- he said it was wear and tear?! And even challenged us to yank the cover off Before they will consider providing any form of compensation. When asked why it was not shared when they were cleaning like the rest of the pictures, he couldn't provide an answer. They refuse to provide a solution and tried talking us out of providing an honest review. I will never use them again, such a nightmare! And now I have to rush to settle a problem they created.
