It's "hidden" at the far end corner opposite the B2 entrance to Plaza Singapura. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and there's a small changing corner where you can try on your clothes before getting them altered. Had my jeans altered there and picked it up a few hours later on the same day.

Came here for the first time based on great reviews and it was a horrific experience. 3 items sent for alteration. 1 long skirt and 2 long pants. Long skirt become short n cut slanted and wavy, Pants one of them the inner is short n wavy, the other pants way too short (when they pmbith meant to be below ankle length). never seen such work before. The waist was adjusted too this was nicely done except that the button resewn was sloppy . I have asked for refund because I dare not let them come close to my items and I do not trust that they can fix the disaster. I highly not recommending this place to anyone for alteration (even basic job). Refer to photos to see their poor workmanship.

Only discovered a note attached when I got home. The note implied that the stains were already present and couldn't be removed. I was also assured that I have had the best dry cleaning service possible. I will take my custom elsewhere.

Quality of alterations is good and aunty puts in effort to understand what i want. Pricing is transparent. While prices may seem higher, it's reasonable because of their convenient location.

Usually it takes about 1 week. 2 weeks later, I went to collect my clothes and surprisingly only 1 bottom was correctly altered. The other 2 pieces were not altered correctly. So I have to wait for another few days to collect my items. Thankfully, the other 2 pieces came back fine and well altered.
