★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this laundry service for 3 months now and have never had a problem. Finding a good dry cleaner seems to be quite hard in this area and whilst I have noted some bad reviews, I cannot quite believe that they are referring to the same place. My trousers are always clean, the turn around time for standard service is about 3 days instead of the usual 5-7 days and the counter staff is very helpful and polite. If I have one negative comment it is to say that I think they are overstretching themselves a little by being open 7 days from 9am-9pm, hence sometimes they are not there at the expected opening time. It is a small growing business and one which I believe will learn from its mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Star is not enough for Duo laundry. Efficient, professional, responsive and most importantly laundry quality is always great. I’ve been looking for a good laundry service place in this area for so long and this is the place finally! Strongly recommend.
Side note:
I had a poor experience with them in the past about 3 yrs ago and wanted to try again with some doubt and surprisingly the service became suddenly super great. I couldn’t believe it’s the same place I used before, it turned out the operator (?) factory (?) of the place has changed about an year ago!
