★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the operating hours as 9am to 1pm. Went to the clinic at 12:35pm and was told by the staff that the doctor has left and i should have come by 12:00pm. My suggestion is to update your website on this requirements to come by 12pm instead of just stating the operating hours till 1pm or for customers to give a call before arriving.

The service was terribly poor, which is not expected of a clinic that deals with young children. The lady at the counter Kerry Tan slam the phone on me.... how to expect any tender care for my daughter at such clinic?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most unethical and unprofessional PD clinic I have ever visited. My 3 week old baby girl was referred here since birth from TMC due to jaundice. She was sick (cough n running nose) but was turned away just because her 2 yr old brother was admitted to hospital 2 days earlier due to the common virus. Already mentioned to the clinic several times that our covid PCR result have been negative but still got rejected and “suggested” to go hospital instead. Which parent would want their infant to go hospital straight unless necessary without getting advices from PD.
To reject consultation to an infant, especially existing client base, this is ridiculous n unacceptable in all levels.
