★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a customer of Dr Poon for many years now and it’s really sad that I’ve not left a review for him. Dr Poon is a professional. He is caring, soft spoken, and is very patient. Not just Dr Poon, even his clinical assistants are very helpful and nice. It’s always a pleasure to visit him and his clinic, and his warmth takes the stress off the always jittery dental experiences. You never have to wait for too long, especially if you arrive on time for your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional dentist (Aidan Yeo) and staff and DentalWorks. I had made an appointment 4 weeks in advance for wisdom teeth removal. The doctor had taken another appointment over mine sometime before my appt day, his staff did not reach me - no text, no email (which they were able to do so with my email in their hands). I showed up, registered, and the receptionist then said the doctor is not here. I was informed that I am allowed to go to another clinic to see him but he cannot do the procedure today. (Why would I make another trip? And what for?). Doctor and staff have no consideration and care for their patients. Wouldn’t trust him proceed with any procedure.
