Quite nice to stay at but have problem with receiving mail and sometimes if you are in the room the cleaning lady will skip the cleaning

Pretty great. Can’t cook which is a big disappointment. Security is good, facility is decently clean. Excellent location for United Sqaure/Velocity and the MRT.

I highly recommend here to you. Good location, very close to Velocity and United Square, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, food court, fashion stores, accessory, cafes, Daiso, Novena medical center, just like a small city here, it is undoubtedly convenient to stay here. Staffs are friendly, polite and helpful, especially Pria, Imran, and the pretty lady in counter, they are all very kind. My daughter stay in a single ensuit room, the room is big, she can practice dancing in her room because there is enough space. The thing I like here is that they can accept applicants under 18. When I come to visit my daughter, I can pay extra and stay in her room, they will set bed and provide me an access card. They provide free laundry service and you can also use their washing machine to wash your own. The cleaning lady are very professional. When they come to clean you room, the will left their slippers outside, they made floor very clean, you don’t have to wear slippers in your room, the window in bathroom is big. This make the room very ventilated, and the clothes can be dried in a day. However, some facilities are old, but acceptable.

Disappointing thing is that if you want to change a roommate you will need to pay 50$.

If you want your deposit back as soon as possible, they will make you wait for about 20 days and won't help you with this.

The worst accomodation u can ever choose: 1- unfairly high price 2- unable to change the neighbor (140$ charge) 3 - very old and bad quality furniture.

Instead of paying money to them, think first about renting a room in a condo. Absolutely overpriced renting, with a very poor facilities and unhelpful staff.
