My friend did this crochet hat used the yarn we bought here. It's so damn nice. But sadly the batik yarn finished... We're looking forward to new batch of yarns.

Loves to visit this shop even though I have got nothing on mind to buy but ended up at the cashier.

Spotlight is like Disneyland for me. All the available materials bring me so much happiness. What I like best are the fabric selections which are perfect for quilting.

Did a last minute purchase via their click & collect service prior to finding out that my items would only be available for collection within the next 48 hours. However, a staff named Kelvin was really quick to help pick my items despite the request only being submitted moments ago. Overall, was a great customer service experience! :-)

Great shop with very good offers. They have a whole section of clearance sale going on right now. Interesting fact the same products are available at Mich cheaper rate in Singapura plaza

Terrible online service. Would recommend people don’t use the store I bought a number of items online Less than 10% of the value of the order ever arrived And if I had know virtually nothing would arrive I wouldn’t have ordered Then spotlight’s whole system makes the situation worse Firstly they never updated that the items would not arrive. So I waited a few weeks and then had to chase them They had also taken my money at this point and had to chase them for the refund too Next they charge you a high delivery charge. And even if the majority of the order doesn’t arrive they won’t refund any of this. Not even pro rating what did actually arrive Their whole online system is really slow in replying / doing anything about this terrible service The replies are also pretty useless in doing anything that’s helpful Compounding the bad service Why bother offering online if it’s going to be this bad And in this day and age it should be better They have left a prior customer who used spotlight never wanting to use them again Both online and in store If you want online products in this space I will go to Amazon or Lazada Cheaper and better products. Plus if something goes, wrong they sort things out, especially Amazon

Moi is a fantastic service staff with very good knowledge of the cloths section. She's very helpful and is willing to go to the extra mile to help out the client. Have not seen this kind of fantastic service in Singapore for the longest time. Was amazed with her service!! Will definitely find her again to assist me again in future.
