β β β β β No response from whatsapp booking line for almost a week, email promises to reply within 1 week but took over a month to reply. I signed a 5k+ package and they said i only signed for 2k+. Wasted 2 months and still not settled. Was told by therapist that arms n under chin can use cooltech but when i wanted to use it in the session she said there is no small heads most customers who use those have much bigger arms and chins so they can use the current suction head.
Extremely disappointed with the under-delivery and extremely slow response, messy accounts management too.
